Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced stand-alone Senior HR Generalist to oversee and manage our HR functions. This role requires a proactive and strategic professional who can operate independently, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to management and employees, playing a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.Performance Management:Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and development plans.Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.Support succession planning and career development initiatives.Policy Development and Compliance:Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.Compensation and Benefits:Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs.Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.HR Metrics and Reporting:Maintain and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.Prepare reports on HR activities and initiatives for management.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:Promote and support initiatives aimed at fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.Develop strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist functions.Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
