As the Executive Assistant to the CEO this is an opportunity to support the leadership team of a rapidly growing, ambitious company at the forefront of medtech and biotech. With a competitive base salary of $170,000 to $190,000 per year, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the company's mission to revolutionize brain disorder treatments and improve patient outcomes.This full-time, in-person role requires you to be onsite 5 days a week, fostering close-knit relationships and collaboration that's vital for early-stage startups and small teams. If you're driven, proactive, and ready to make a significant impact, apply now and be part of something extraordinary!THE JOBRun the C-suite Calendar and various Administrative and Operational needs; Company is currently 5 people.Partner with leadership across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, & Operations to provide analytical rigor and strategic thought partnership.Business Operations: Manage PEO, accounting, procurement, and other operational functions.Product Operations: Oversee relationships with patients, clinicians, surgeons, and scientists.Office Management: Ensure the smooth running of the office environment.Fundraising and Communications: Assist with fundraising efforts, branding initiatives, and both internal and external communications.Recruiting and HR: Support recruitment and HR processes to build a strong, dynamic team.Manage the CEO's workstreams, including vetting opportunities, responding to requests, and preparing for meetings and presentations.Lead strategic initiatives and "special ops" projects to streamline processes, enhance communication, and drive innovation across the organization.ABOUT YOU: You are the ultimate combination of brains and brawn.
