Project Control Analyst

Title: Project Controls Analyst Location: Atlanta, GAOverview:As an employee of Sterling, you are eligible to receive a Full Employee Benefits Package that includes paid time off, paid holidays, 3 medical plans to choose from, dental & vision plans, 401(k), and an Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP) plan.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Positively engaging with Customers and developing, growing and maintaining Customer relationships.Delivering high quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet Customers' requirements.Managing projects and to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures.Preparing and presenting order of cost estimates and option studies.Cost planning.Cost-in-use studies.Advising on and implementing procurement strategies.Provides support in the development of project risk management plans in both the feasibility/planning and delivery phases.Support the Project Manager by providing project risk assessments and qualified/quantified risk analysis to be used for data-driven decision making and developing risk response strategies.Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills:Sound cost management experience.Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and planning.Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.Working knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.Good knowledge and experience of post-contract cost management tasksClear and effective communication skills - both oral and writtenQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identify, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
