Sr. Manager, CRM & eCommerce

Our client, a luxury skincare brand, is seeking a Sr. Manager, CRM & eCommerce to join their team. Initially, the role will be remote until an office space is identified in NYC, at which point the role will work a hybrid schedule and work from the office 2-3 days per week.Job Duties Include:Develop and implement an email and SMS marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and content planningOversee management of email campaigns, including concept creation, content development, deployment, and analysisEnhance email and SMS campaigns through A/B testing of subject lines, content, layouts, and send timesCollaborate to establish KPIs for retention campaigns, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insightsImplement strategies to expand the email subscriber list through lead generation and opt-in optimizationEnsure compliance with relevant regulations for all email marketing campaignsDevelop and utilize retention programs for subscription, referral, and loyalty initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value and repeat purchase ratesCollaborate with brand marketing, graphic design, and external web development teams to meet deliverables and deadlines for site updatesCreate on-site digital marketing campaigns for new product launches and content updatesMonitor website and make adjustments based on inventory, web sales, and promotionsPartner with the digital lead to develop the site roadmapOptimize and enhance site applications to increase revenue and improve customer experienceJob Qualifications Include:7+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing with a proven track record of successMust have experience within a direct-to-consumer organizationMust have beauty experienceProficiency with email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Listrak, Iterable)Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-makingExcellent organizational, planning, time management, and communication skillsKnowledge of Shopify Plus or other ecommerce platformsHTML/CSS skills for email template customization are a plusAwareness of industry best practices and emerging trends in email and SMS marketingExperience with Asana is a plusEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a small team or startup environmentA team player attitude is essentialPay: $110k-$130k annually plus bonus + equity optionsWhile PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
