Our passionate team of 250+ members shares a commitment to making a positive impact and fostering personal and professional growth while enjoying a dynamic work environment.Job Summary:As the Marketing Manager at GradRight, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing GradRight's market strategy. You will drive marketing operations, create and execute impactful campaigns and events, optimize marketing automation, and ensure seamless collaboration between sales, brands, communications, and marketing teams. Your efforts will drive US institutions to join us in our mission to make higher education accessible and affordable to all international students.Key Responsibilities:Brand Building:Drive the development of GradRight's brand strategy for the US, UK, and Canadian higher education marketsImplement innovative brand awareness and positioning initiatives (online and offline) to enhance GradRight's presence among target universities and establish GradRight as a trusted university partner in higher educationMarketing to Universities:Support the development of a marketing strategy to enable better outcomes for Business Development and Sales efforts for GradRightCollaborate, improve, and create a marketing plan to drive new and meaningful engagements and partnership possibilities with universities and their relevant leadershipExecute campaigns to engage with universities using email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, B2B partnerships, and online and in-person eventsCollaborate with India's brands and marketing teams to build a university-focused social media presence, specifically on LinkedInAnalyze campaign data to increase target account traffic and improve conversion rates through A/B tests and experimentsMeasure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing results against account-level goalsSales Nurturing and Closures Support:Collaborate with the COO and the Sales Team to develop nurturing strategies that streamline the partnership creation journey, inform and educate target personas, and accelerate deals through the pipeline to achieve revenue goalsDefine, implement, and automate campaigns and processes in HubSpot and other relevant marketing and CRM toolsUniversity-focused Content Building:Understand various university personas and support the design and development of product positioning and messaging strategies tailored to their needs with insights, guidance, and support from the company founders, Sales team, Communications Director, and Brands team.Develop compelling content for deal creation and nurturing, including emails, marketing materials, landing pages, website content, ROI models, videos, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, success stories, blog posts, and moreRequirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business/Marketing related areasA minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role with an emphasis on marketing/digital marketingDemonstrated experience in managing creative B2B campaigns, email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and eventsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot CRMs and marketing automation platforms, especially workflows, sequences, and deal pipelinesSolid knowledge of website analytics and data tools like Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and HubSpotAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment across time zones (India, Israel, and the U.S.)Ability to travel in the U.S. (8-10 days per month) and to India as required (7-15 days per year)This role will contribute significantly to GradRight's growth and impact in the higher education sector.
