Our teams are rapidly obtaining new work so we're growing and expanding.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of wastewater treatment facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to optimize team performance.Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for equipment and facilities.Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Collaborate with engineering and construction teams on facility upgrades and enhancements.Monitor water quality and treatment processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain standards.Conduct inspections and audits to ensure operational safety and adherence to policies.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in construction or water resources management.In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and water resources regulations.Strong leadership and personnel management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.BenefitsGenerous Vacation/PTOMedical: offeredDental: offeredVision: offered401k: 3% matchBonus: 15%Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
