That said, there is enough employment litigation matters that some employment litigation background is required.This attorney will:Work directly with the general counsel with assistance from the legal department's excellent support staff.Advise on a range of state and federal employment matters.Assist with commercial, real estate, and general litigation.Advise internal company employees on legal questions pertaining to property management.Review and revise leases, property management forms, contracts, and other documents.Qualifications:This attorney must be admitted to the CA state bar.The ideal attorney will have 3+ years of litigation and some employment law experience.The company prides itself on their collaborative culture.
