Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate client projects. Perform comprehensive risk assessments for property acquisitions and development ventures, incorporating in-depth environmental site evaluations. Offer specialized advisory services on major environmental laws and regulations, such as clean water, clean air, NEPA, CEQA, endangered species protection, and other relevant statutory requirements.Skill Set:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active bar membership in the state of California or eligibility to obtain bar membership.Seeking seasoned attorney with minimum 5 years' expertise in environmental and land-use law, preferably gained within a reputable law firm environment.Possesses comprehensive expertise in multifaceted environmental regulatory frameworks, encompassing federal, state, and municipal statutes, zoning ordinances, and land-use governance.Experienced litigator with demonstrated expertise in guiding clients through administrative tribunals, hearings, and other judicial proceedings.Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.About Blue Signal: As an award-winning executive search firm, Blue Signal has a strong track record of placing top talent in the legal space.
