Grocery Manager - Farm Store

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grocery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Farm Store and Shipping & Receiving Center.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of Shopify inventory management, and a passion for providing excellent customer service and exuding a great culture for our staff.As the Grocery Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring product availability, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in the store.ResponsibilitiesStore, Staff & Customer LeadershipSupervise and lead a team of stockers & delivery driver to ensure efficient store operationsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations.Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards.Maintain organized displays and ensure products are well-presented to enhance customer experience.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.LogisticsFiguring out logistics of staff pickups and delivery routesInvoicingLogistics of wholesale deliveries and pickupsInventoryOversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.Utilize retail math to analyze markups and make informed purchasing decisions.Knowledgable of softwareSoftwareKnowledge of Software to handle most customer service & staff interactionsComfortable with sourcing and implementing softwareSalesExperience in salesMotivatedRequirementsProven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within a grocery or similar environment.Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail math concepts.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.Enjoy working outside year-round.Able to lift 40lbs comfortably, and assist with the physical side of stocking, inventory.Please reach out if you are excel in Grocery Management and are passionate about regenerative, pasture-raised, nutrient-dense food to join our Farm Store team.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeExpected hours: 15 - 40 per week
