Role: Customer Service Representative - Mahwah, NJType: Temp to Permanent, 100% on-siteHourly Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Mahwah, New Jersey. The ideal candidate must have experience with Salesforce and will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless order processing experience for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Process and enter orders/purchase orders into QuickBooks and Fishbowl from SalesforceReview credit guidelines and obtain necessary approvals before processing overdue ordersAddress and coordinate responses to all customer inquiries, including ship dates, delivery dates, and proof of deliveriesEnsure purchase orders from customers, quotes, and our system pricing are in agreement, resolving any discrepancies with the Sales TeamIssue pick lists to warehouse and responsible teamsAssist customers with any shipping issues that may ariseCreate new products in company systems as requiredFollow up on tasks and meet deadlines diligentlyProvide lead times to internal and external sales customersQualifications:Proficiency in Salesforce is required Experience with QuickBooks and Fishbowl is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsIf you have the experience and skills required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
