The ideal HR Generalist will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.ResponsibilitiesOversee full cycle of recruitment efforts including interviewing and job description creation.Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.Assist with payroll processing duties in assistance with payroll team.Administer compensation programs, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and ensuring internal equity.Manage benefits administration, including health, dental, retirement plans, and leave of absence programs.Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues related to workplace policies, benefits, performance, and interpersonal conflicts.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in resolving HR-related matters.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.5+ years of experience working in Human Resources.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong Microsoft Excel experience including HRIS management.
