This is a permanent full time role for a Restaurant Operations Manager. Nights and weekend work is a must.Associates' Degree in Hospitality, Business OR equivalent work lieu of a Degree , 7 years of hospitality management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment can be considered.Minimum of 5 years hospitality experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior manager within a high-volume environmentStrong guest service foundation, ability to coach, build a team, problem solve, and leadership skillsAbility to lead, plan and manage changeMust be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), Point Of Service systems and technology.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and multi-tasking termediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
