Develop and manage models, perform due diligence, and drive the execution process for live transactions.Business DevelopmentLeverage existing relationships within the New York market to originate and cultivate new client opportunities, driving Equiturn's strategic growth in key sectors.Client Relationship ManagementPartner directly with clients, supporting senior bankers in developing presentations, strategic roadmaps, and closing processes. Act as a trusted advisor in engagements, with exposure to public market activities.Mentorship & LeadershipBegin to mentor and develop junior talent, fostering an environment of high standards and dedication to client service and financial excellence.Qualifications:Investment Banking Experience3-5 years in investment banking, ideally with experience in public markets, private equity, or capital markets transactions.Entrepreneurial DriveA self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong connections within New York's finance community.
