Monday - Friday Day ShiftGreat Opportunity for OTPOSITION SUMMARYThis is a senior specialist level, where technicians are assigned responsibilities for performing highly skilled electronical/mechanical functions. Responsibilities will include building, testing, and trouble-shooting the various modules of a given system. Applicant must have the ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs of the various modules that comprise an entire system.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESProvide in factory integration and testing of production mail equipment. Running a pre-defined number of cycles on each system based on platform typeSetting up and running client specific applications as requiredSet-up, alignment, and calibration of mechanical/electronic modulesProvide where needed repair, calibration, adjustment, and alignment of mechanical/electronic equipment, and validating solutions on the entire systemRead and interpret electronic schematics and block diagramsOperation of troubleshooting instruments and softwareIssue accredited performance reports and checklists specific to completed systemsTroubleshoot and Repair faults related to electronic equipment and instrumentationRequirements: Associates Degree 5+ Years Mechanical / Electronic skillsets experienceMust have Technical Service experience working on Mail Production InsertersTroubleshooting and repair of Electro Mechanical Modules requiredExceptional organizational and logistical skills required to manage, build, and meet ship schedulesHighly effective defining root cause analysis and recommended fixesMust possess excellent trouble shooting and diagnosis capabilitiesMust have excellent oral and written communications capabilities
