Known for trustworthiness and transparency, we have a dedicated team of engineers, architects, project managers, and technicians focused on providing personalized services tailored to each project's specific needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Sales in the multifamily construction industry in Washington, DC. This role will have P&L responsibility for the newly created division and will oversee all aspects including revenue generation, contract negotiation, construction budgeting, construction management, and project management on a day-to-day basis. This person is expected to be able to quickly generate revenue opportunities while utilizing the current team and new hires to execute on the awarded work. This role will have the potential to be part of the leadership team and will certainly hold a position within senior management. The work type targeted will be primarily renovation including repositions, unit turns, and capital projects within the multifamily industry.Qualifications7 - 10+ years of directly related industry experienceIndustry contacts to obtain revenue generating opportunitiesContract Negotiation and Budgeting skillsConstruction Management and Project Management experienceAccess to strong subcontractor teamsAbility to build crews to self-perform various trades as deemed necessaryStrong leadership and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of industry regulations and standardsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldCertification in Project Management is a plus
