This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate.About the Role:As a Field Service Home Auditor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting comprehensive on-site evaluations of client homesDeveloping tailored service plans based on evaluation findingsPerforming field visits as assigned and reporting daily to your supervisorTraining and supervising attendants to deliver exceptional careCompleting all necessary paperwork and submitting it within 48 hours of visitsQualifications:Two years of full-time study at an accredited college or universityOR high school diploma or GED with one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based agency for each required year of collegeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationBenefits:Competitive hourly rateOpportunity for career growth and advancementSupportive and collaborative work environment
