We are looking for a Senior ERP Implementation Program Manager who will help build out & develop best in class work and work on innovative projects for the business.Position: Senior ERP Implementation Program ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Implementation Program Manager to lead our ERP implementation projects across the organization. This role will oversee the end-to-end implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills, in-depth ERP expertise, and a strategic approach to driving business transformation. This position will work closely with stakeholders across departments to align ERP solutions with business objectives, optimize processes, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Key Responsibilities:Program Management: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Establish and track program objectives, KPIs, and milestones.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key business stakeholders to define project requirements, set expectations, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Project Planning & Budgeting: Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, and manage resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing potential obstacles and ensuring project continuity.Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of performance.Change Management: Drive effective change management strategies to support adoption of the new ERP system, including communication plans, training, and support materials for end-users.Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and that ERP solutions align with organizational needs and best practices.Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Manage relationships with ERP vendors and consultants, overseeing their deliverables and ensuring they meet project requirements.Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on project status, progress, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Required QualificationsExperience: 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on ERP implementation, ideally in a large-scale or complex environment.Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), as well as a solid understanding of ERP integration with other systems.Project Management Expertise: Proven track record in leading end-to-end ERP projects, with experience managing budgets, schedules, and project risks.Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or ERP-specific certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle Cloud Certification) preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Industry Knowledge: Experience in [specify industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance] is advantageous.Methodologies: Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with an understanding of hybrid project management approaches.About GSquared Group: Shouldn't your recruiting partner put as much effort and value into your career as you do?
