Senior Corporate Associate

Bekiares Eliezer LLP (Founders Legal®) seeks a Mid-Level / Senior Corporate Associate Attorney with ~3-5+ years of experience in business formations, contract drafting and negotiation, private mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising / securities, technology-related document drafting and transactions, and data privacy programs and policies. This position will involve document drafting and client management primarily for start-up and emerging growth companies, with a heavy focus in the technology space. Qualified candidates must have excellent writing, communication, and people skills, plus excellent time management skills, and be effective at working both independently and on project teams.
