Consistently provide superior responsive service to client requests to build customer loyaltyand trust? Schedule appointments with clients, prospects, wholesalers and others? Act as a liaison between the wealth managers and their clients, providing proactive clientmanagement through telephone and email requests? Solve client issues within established standards of practiceMarketing and Sales? Proactively support in the selling process and assist in preparing all sales relateddocumentation with clients? Develops sales opportunities by providing excellent service to a portion of the advisor'sexisting book of business? Performs ongoing market research and fact-finding to uncover growth opportunities withexisting and new clients to increase market share? Assist in preparing for client meetings, which may include financial plans, product specificbrochures, and wealth management reports? Organize and assist in the implementation of marketing efforts including the planning ofclient and prospect events? Proactively manage and maintain the firm's social media presence? Proactively manage the firm's internal marketing platform and marketing calendar in toprovide clients with impactful financial literacy on a regular basisPractice Operations? Perform regular reviews of the firm's practices and retention to ensure team adherence tocompliance standards and in preparation for annual audit? Monitoring of business-related documentation and procedures for compliance and ensureestablished regulations are being adhered to? Conduct effective business processing for clients, ensuring appropriate forms are completedcorrectly and business tasks are carefully monitored from start to finish in line withcompliance standards? Examine client data for accuracy and completeness and generate reports using the firm'sCRM and financial software? Constantly work to improve operational management systems, processes, and bestpractices? Support other wealth managers in the practice and their assistants as neededPast Experience, Desired Skills, and Professional Attributes? Detailed oriented, a strong work ethic, and customer focused? Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision? Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills? Strong skills in problem solving and maintaining a sense of urgency? Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, co-workers, organizationalpartners, and financial planners.? Knowledge of investment products, policies & procedures? Experience and skills using financial data platforms? Experience in social media marketing? Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platform is desirable with computer proficiency in MS Suite? Undergraduate degree preferred? 2+ years of financial services experience with previous administrative experience in thefinancial services industry a plusCompensation/Benefits/Professional development?
