Hybrid Administrative Assistant - Great Neck Real Estate Firm - $60k-$75kWe are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our client's Property Management Team at a leading real estate investment firm in Great Neck, Long Island. This role will support the property management staff with administrative and clerical duties, and requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information, and solid experience with Yardi and Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting lease-related processes and helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.This firm offers quality of life hours (9am-5pm) plus the ability to work one day a week from home. Primary Job Functions:Provide administrative support to the property management team, handling document preparation, editing, and organization, including correspondence and reports.Manage incoming mail by sorting, opening, and distributing it to appropriate team members.Respond to phone inquiries, take detailed messages, and provide general assistance as the primary contact for the department's calls.Prepare formal letters and handle document signatures, arranging for witnesses or notarization as needed to finalize official paperwork.Process invoices with accuracy and timeliness, collaborating with other departments as necessary to ensure proper handling.Oversee lease renewals and assist with drafting and reviewing lease abstracts, as well as facilitating the distribution of rent statements to tenants.Verify and track the receipt of all legal documents for leased units, carefully reviewing each for completeness and compliance.Support data management by creating and maintaining Yardi reports, ensuring information is accurately organized and accessible for team members.Required Skills:Minimum of 3 years' administrative experience in a property management or real estate setting.Proven experience handling residential lease agreements and invoice processing required.Proficiency with Yardi property management software.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Professionalism in handling confidential information and engaging with clients and tenants.Compensation$60,000 - $75,000 plus bonus and benefitsThe above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity and other non-cash incentives.Please send your resume for immediate consideration to: bsedita@If this particular role isn't the ideal fit, please feel free to forward your resume to the email above to explore other available opportunities.
