This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who's eager to help shape and expand the HR function for a dynamic organization.HR Manager - Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Recruiting & Onboarding: Source, interview, and hire top talent for exempt and non-exempt roles.Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, conduct investigations, and foster a positive work environment.Policy Development & Compliance: Oversee HR policy implementation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll and benefits, coordinating with the PEO provider.Corporate Office Management: Oversee daily operations of the corporate office, manage key vendor relationships, and ensure facilities are maintained.Requirements for Success as HR Manager:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.5+ years of HR Generalist experience, with strong skills in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Paychex experience preferred.SHRM or HRCI certification a plus.
