This is a full-time on-site role, with two work from days a month.The Sr. Media Planner & Buyer will be responsible for media planning, developing strategies, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and integrating new media into marketing campaigns on a daily basis.Key Responsibilities: •Function as day-to-day SME on campaign strategy, setup, execution, performance optimization, analysis and recommendations, coordinating amongst digital team platform experts•Working with account stakeholders, establishes target audiences, measurable business objectives, KPIs, performance tracking, and other key elements of a well-designed campaign•Develops comprehensive media strategies and plans taking into account clients' goals, target markets, budgets, etc., creating benchmarks for performance analysis and reporting for B2B clients•Uses market insights and research to address identifiable market opportunities and set tactical plans•Manages paid media campaigns across multiple channels including traditional, programmatic, direct, broadcast, native, content syndication, etc. •Purchase traditional media when applicable•Analyze digital and advertising performance and web traffic, compiling reports to adjust and optimize tactics and campaigns•Leads media buys and collaborate with clients and internal teams to review performanceAdditional duties and Responsibilities •Analyze metrics throughout the funnel to identify the source of underperformance and make changes accordingly; ability to build dashboards in Datorama a plus•Conduct A/B testing and analyze results•Utilize DoubleClick Bid Manager and other Demand Side Platforms•Meet internal and client deadlines •Drive and achieve client KPI•Capture campaign results and produce reports•Attend meetings with the team, clients and agency as assigned•Client-facing -- present media plans, campaign updates, data, analytics, and conclusions•Supports estimating and bid process for acquiring new accounts or presenting new strategies and plans to existing clients •Negotiates best price and media placement for clients, as well as negotiates, reconciles, and resolves media discrepancies. •Set up campaigns for appropriate ad and conversion tracking in vendor platforms, ad server, brand safety, CRM and analytics tools.QualificationsMedia Planning and Media Strategy skillsAnalytical SkillsStrong Communication abilitiesExperience with New MediaExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fieldBroad knowledge and experience in digital marketingKnowledge of digital media and traditional marketing processes, tools, and platforms.Experience using Workamajig, Basecamp or other similar project management platformsExcellent relationship-building skills both with clients and vendorsAbout Our ValuesOver time, we find that employees who live out our values, enjoy their experience and stay and prosper over a long period of time at Elevation. The job is in Gilbert, AZ (just off Loop 202 expressway) and less than one mile from over 50 restaurants. Our business is all about collaboration, so we do not offer telecommuting currently, but we do offer flex hours depending on the position and clients. Employees can start at any time between 7 AM and 9 AM and finish between 4 PM and 6 PM based on client demands and department structure.
