The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services, and initiating the sales process. They will also follow up on leads, maintain strong relationships with clients, and work to meet or exceed sales targets. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.This position will be part of our STIIIZY Smoke Shop division, focused on non-cannabis retail products, distinct from our STIIIZY cannabis brand.RESPONSIBILITIESMake outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products.Drive sales by developing, identifying and securing all relevant opportunitiesBuild rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer solutionsProvides telephone support to customersMeet and exceed individual and team sales targetEngages in other sales-related duties as neededAttend trade shows & industry eventsPerforms work under direct supervision.Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work!Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.Note: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
