UX Lead

We're currently partnered with a digital transformation agency seeking a UX Lead to join their team for a long-term contract.In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a robust 30-60-90-day UX strategy and roadmap, driving key decisions to align with their objectives. This position does not include direct management responsibilities, but you will need to work autonomously and provide authoritative guidance to the client, including confidently pushing back when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.Key Requirements:Agency or consultancy experience7+ years of UX experience Proven experience in UX Design/strategy development and roadmap planningStrong ability to communicate effectively with clients and guide strategic UX decisionsComfortable working independently as the primary UX lead for the clientWillingness and ability to diplomatically challenge client decisions when appropriateAny pharma experience is a plus
