Noise Vibration Engineer

TRC is searching for a Noise Vibration Engineer to work at a growing automotive manufacturing environment in Tallapoosa, GA!Location: Tallapoosa, GA (Relocation assistance available if needed)Key Responsibilities:Lead NV analysis team and ensure testing accuracy and schedule adherence.Provide NV expertise to support mass production and new model readiness.Develop testing models, fixtures, and programs.Oversee NV equipment maintenance and e-axle analysis.Support start-up duties: setting up testing processes, developing testing equipment, and ensuring quality standards.Qualifications:Requirements:Bachelor's in Engineering (ME, EE, etc.) with 2+ years in manufacturing/testing and experience creating testing plans or equivalent.Preferred: Automotive/heavy machine manufacturing experience, familiarity with EV components, quality systems (IATF16949, PPAP, etc.), and root cause analysis.Skills and Abilities:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; attention to detail and high adaptability.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and NV testing software.Physical Requirements: Flexible schedule, lifting (35 lbs.), pushing/pulling (450 lbs.), and microscope use.Work Environment: Manufacturing setting with noise and occasional domestic/international travel.
