You will take initial consultations that we provide for you and use every opportunity to partner with those prospective clients. Responsible for giving them the resources and education they need to build a stronger financial future.Client TransitionAdvisors will be transitioned $25M+ in AUM within the first 2 to 4 months.Marketing & Lead GenerationTWM handles all marketing, lead generation, and pre-meeting data gathering. Prospective client appointments are automatically added to the advisor's calendar. While advisors are encouraged to prospect and network, it's not a requirement. We believe our marketing allows a self-motivated, growth-minded advisor to bring on $20M+ in new AUM each year.Client Service TeamFull support with paperwork and client onboarding.Real Team ApproachWork in a collaborative environment that fosters growth.MentorshipWork closely with me for guidance and training.Essential Job Functions:Independently provide excellent client service while effectively collaborating with the team.Lead and present our Proven Process confidently in consultations with prospective clients and produce retirement projection reports & investment reports.Build Financial Plans utilizing eMoney and other financial softwarePromote firm-established investment models and strategies that are suitable for each client's needs.Provide recommendation strategies in a clear, supporting, and helpful manner to help clients achieve their short and long-term goals.Service and actively source opportunities from existing client base.Implement a structured communication strategy with clients and prospects, ensuring engagement at least once every quarter.Become expert in Federal Benefits and stay-up-to-date on changes/adjustments.Demonstrate active listening skills and communicate relatable experiences during client interactions.Actively source opportunities from existing client bases and develop a plan for expanding the COI network.Stay abreast of financial planning news and lead by example in technology adoption and financial planning mastery.Develop quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies.Participate in internal meetings.Attend firm client events.Position Requirements:Full-time in office positionBachelor's Degree or 3+ years of investment advisory experience.One or more of the following designations: CFP, CFA, EA, MBA, CPWA, CIMA, JD.Maintain all active designations and complete Continuing Education in a timely manner.Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 OR Series 65.Clean U-4 and U-5 historyProficient in CRM and Financial Planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuide, RightCapital, Holistiplan) and ability to stay current on new tools availableGenuine interest in serving and caring for others.Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to be present and on time for client meetingsSelf-motivation and a desire for growthAbility to take direction and a desire to support all team membersCompensation and Benefits401k Retirement PlanMedical Coverage PlansPaid Time OffProfessional Development AssistanceThis position has significant income growth potential and bonuses
