We'll provide you with the training tools you need, but your expertise in coaching, accountability, and leadership is what will set our agents up for success. In your role as our on-site coach, you'll provide consistent support for behavior, attitude, and technique to help our team thrive on their own and as a group.This hands-on role is critical in growing our team from 2 to 10 high-performing agents and beyond. You'll be their mentor, coach, and biggest advocate as they navigate the ups and downs of the industry. If you have a proven track record of building winning teams through effective coaching and development, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoLead the design and implementation of dynamic, behavior-focused training programs that drive agent performance and growth.Coach agents 1-on-1 and in group settings, focusing on accountability, behaviors, techniques, and attitudes that lead to success.Analyze data to identify coaching needs and track progress, continuously refining strategies to improve results.Foster a high-accountability culture where agents consistently hit performance goals, utilizing behavior-based coaching techniques.Collaborate with leadership to align agent development with overall business goals and implement strategic initiatives.Innovate and integrate new coaching tools to ensure continuous learning and development for agents at all levels.Your QualificationsProven experience in coaching, training, and leadership development, preferably in a behavior-focused role.Strong track record of using accountability and behavior-based techniques to drive performance improvements.Ability to design and execute high-impact coaching programs that deliver measurable results.Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics to inform coaching strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold people accountableMust be on-site in Auburn, MA (Monday-Friday) and available for occasional evening events.Willing to accompany agents on sales calls and get a fully sponsored industry license.Perks of the JobCompetitive salary with performance bonusesProfessional growth opportunities.A supportive, high-energy work environmentCompetitive paid time off package.LocationAuburn, MASalary$65,000 - $75,000 performance-based bonusesTypeFull-Time, On-SiteAbout UsAt Jim Black Group, we're a powerhouse team dedicated to building an elite network of professionals who help people find and create their dream homes.
