With the rate at which we are growing, we will have advancement opportunities for you to grow with us.Qualifications & ResponsibilitiesSelf-aware leader with proven experience managing a team of ten or more employeesAbility to conduct interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, developing and termination of teammatesPerformance management including coaching, setting expectations, writing, and delivering performance reviews, managing disciplinary actions, conducting investigations, and holding teammates accountable for resultsClear communicator of ideas, concepts, and initiatives including the ability to take data and translate into actionDemonstrated experience managing a P&LAbility to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs.; frequent reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and pushingOversee and optimize daily operations at all sites to ensure efficiencyOrganize and lead weekly meetings with all store managers, quarterly reviews, and annual reviewsCreate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance, and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing all performanceTrain, develop and lead Store Managers and Manager trainees on store operations, sales, product knowledge, and service techniquesManage budget to maximize performance potential of the area; develop action plans to address shortcomings as neededConduct and document store visits cadence which includes tracking action items and communicating follow-up expectations to the Store Managers in your area
