This Site Director will lead all plant activities including primary responsibility for the Finance function, developing the organization's capability across key functions and ensure that production/quality and all business KPI's are delivered every day on site. We've included more great details to this excellent opportunity below!Job TitleSite DirectorJob Type: Full-time/Direct Hire/On-siteReports to: Chief Executive OfficerLocation: Moscow, PAHours: DaysSalary: Generous compensation packages will be offered based on demonstrated expertise/prior experience!Work Perks: Competitive pay/bonus structure, benefits, 401K, family oriented culture and so much more!Key areas of responsibility for this Director of Operations will include:Overall site responsibility for all business operations and results delivery.Oversight of 5 direct reports, ensuring the team works in high performance, collaborative and aligned fashionDevelop organizational capability and effectiveness strategies, implementing a change management mindset to address critical and sensitive gaps and drive quality standardsLeads the entire Finance function, producing month end accounts demonstrating business progress in line with plan, financial analysis to support decision making and cashflow management to ensure business sustainability.Develop strong relationships with key providers of banking facilities to maximize all available resourcesUnderstand all cost drivers and key metrics of manufacturing and support implementation of cost optimization and continuous improvement projectsLead and engage the wider team in developing, aligning and executing the site development/co-manufacture planEnsuring consistent, high-quality production through presence at morning meetings, review of product produced and establishing/enforcing quality KPI'sDeveloping strong working relationships and effective business cadence with international stakeholdersWe're actively seeking skilled manufacturing Operations leaders with the following background profile:Advanced education in Accounting, Finance, Business and/or relevant manufacturing/industrial degreeA highly qualified Finance professional who has led the function, including Budgeting and Forecasting, at senior levels and understanding the challenges and opportunities of transforming a manufacturing P&LStrong commercial acumen and capable of building/leading multiple functionsAt least 5-10 years of experience of leading operations in a manufacturing environmentMUST be comfortable leading change and has successfully done so in the pastPresence on site minimum 4 days per week, so the candidate needs to be a drivable commute/distance to the siteThe role requires a very hands-on and operationally agile person who is comfortable and experienced working in small to medium sized manufacturing businesses with a light/junior resource level.
