In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in person assessments, managing job offers, and overseeing all administrative documentation related to the hiring process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective interview strategies, and ensure that all candidates receive a positive experience. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you handle offer letters, contracts, and compliance documentation, while also providing support to new employees during their onboarding journey.
