Sales & Marketing ManagerSeneca Falls, New York (Hybrid)JK Executive Strategies is proud to partner with a growing agricultural and food distributor in search of a Sales & Marketing Manager to join its team! This experienced Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the efforts in growing relationships with customers, managing promotional efforts with suppliers, and expanding the brand presence across multiple social platforms. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in farming, food, or distribution and the ability to work independently.You will play a pivotal role in managing our online presence, engaging with customers, and driving sales through innovative strategies. This individual will take the lead in building relationships, promoting sustainable food systems, and shaping impactful online and in-store strategies.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including stores, restaurants, and shops.Travel to meet customers in person to strengthen partnerships and uncover new opportunities.Drive prospect management and stewardship efforts by identifying growth opportunities within the customer base.Travel monthly to client sites to check in, address issues, and foster relationships.Collaborate with suppliers to create and manage a yearly promotional calendar.Oversee the company's website, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.Manage all social media platforms, including creating content and focusing on strategic campaigns to grow brand awareness and engagement.Develop, implement, and manage a CRM system to streamline customer interactions and enhance outreach efforts.Monitor key marketing metrics and adjust strategies based on performance insights.Ensure a cohesive presence across both retail and online channels, understanding the importance of each touchpoint.Operate with a high degree of autonomy and manage projects independently.RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred.5+ years of related experience, with a background in farming, food & beverage, or distribution industries required.Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative in achieving goals.Comfortable developing, implementing, and managing CRM platforms and marketing tools.Proven ability to create, implement, and manage strategic social media campaigns that align with business goals.Strong understanding of store presence and customer experience, with a focus on building long-term relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.Willingness to travel statewide to engage with customers regularly.Salary Range$70,000-$80,000JK Executive Strategies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
