Position Title:National Sales Director - ECPPosition Summary:We are dedicated to not only meeting but surpassing the expectations within the eyewear industry, focusing on innovation, quality, and service. We understand that the core of our success lies within our team, which is why we're currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated National Sales Director to lead our distinguished sales team. In the pivotal role of National Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing sales strategies that amplify our company's presence nationwide. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering robust customer relationships and helping our team to exceed revenue targets. Your expertise will not only shape our success but also our company's trajectory in the eyewear industry.After over 15 years of dedicated service, our previous Sales Director is retiring. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in building our sales team and significantly growing our sales. We are extremely thankful for their invaluable contributions and leadership, which have laid a strong foundation for our future success.Responsibilities:Spearheading the development and execution of robust sales strategies for our market's unique demands and challenges.Acquiring in-depth insight into the competitive landscape to forecast market trends and adapt our strategies accordingly.Delivering comprehensive product education to both our sales representatives and customers, ensuring product knowledge is both widespread and profound.Forging and cultivating strategic partnerships with our key customers (Top 100 ECP Accounts), thoroughly understanding their business needs and objectives.Fostering a culture of accountability and metrics across our sales teams that empowers achievement without compromising our valued top performers.Keeping a pulse on market trends, competitor movements, and evolving customer needs to uncover and act upon growth opportunities.Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive company growth and success.Lead the recruitment and selection process for high-performing sales talent by developing effective sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and partnering with HR and Sales Development Specialist to ensure a smooth onboarding process.Manage and oversee the McGee Customer Service Team with the goal of enhancing customer happiness.
