Serve as escalation point to support 24x7x365 coverage efforts. When an alert is triggered, need to drill down to the event to check whether it is a false positive or a true incident. We should consistently monitor network errors, malware and all issues pertaining to security. Coordination with various teams for Network incident response and remediation related activities. Provide effective communications to all stakeholders to meet SLAs. After analysis must raise a ticket which includes all information about the alert. If needed a bridge should be opened. Daily Shift Handovers and Peer reviews. Coordinate and follow up with other support groups for remediating incidents within SLA.Must Have:Support and develop BI dashboards and reports in Qlik Sense Develop and schedule Reports using NPrinting in Qlik Sense Work with Analysts and Stakeholders to troubleshoot report errors Assist designers / developers in identifying errors in Data Models that optimize performance and extensibility Help troubleshoot issues with visualizations and translating end user requirements to designers / developers Work with developers, BI engineers, business end users, UX designers and IT teams (DBA, Source system Developers, Data Analysts, QA Testers) for errors, data accuracy and performance Work with a geographically diverse team. Escalate work progress and bottlenecks (if any) to the Designers and Developer Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills in working with clients. Exposure to Windows / Linux platforms and monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk etc. Knowledge of Ticketing tools, Documentation and Reporting. Location: RemoteSalary Range: The salary for this position is between $80000 - $100000 annually.
