Data and Insights Manager

11:11 Media is searching for an experienced Senior Manager of Data and Insights to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics and insights, including mining, generating, and extracting key themes, opportunities, and actionable insights. The right person should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain analytics systems, taking complex problems and building simple frameworksIdentify trends and opportunities for business growth through analysis of datasetsCreate best-practice reports Evaluate internal systems growth opportunities and develop and maintain protocols for handling, evaluating, and sharing data internally and with partnersWork closely with business leads to understand and develop tools to track their business needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makersProactively analyze data to answer key questions, with an eye on what drives business performanceSkills and QualificationsExperience in data and insights role Proven analytical skillsTechnical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentationsStrong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics toolsBachelor's degree in relevant field Experience with database design and segmentation techniquesProgramming experience with necessary frameworksPractical experience in statistical analysis Fluency in Excel Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentExperience in data insights across different business models related but not limited to eCommerce, retail, video, and music streaming.
