We can't wait to meet you!Kitchen365 is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a deep understanding of the kitchen and bath industry. You will focus on generating high-quality leads and developing new business opportunities for Kitchen365's digital solutions, including website design, SEO, and marketing services tailored to kitchen-related businesses. You will be required to be in our Duluth, GA office on a full-time basis.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target key decision-makers in the kitchen industry, including cabinet manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and contractors. Use your in-depth knowledge of the market to identify business opportunities and engage potential clients through direct outreach (calls, emails, social media) and industry networking.Tailored Solution Presentation: Collaborate with potential clients to understand their business challenges, growth objectives, and digital needs. Present Kitchen365's eCommerce and marketing solutions as customized offerings to drive website performance, customer engagement, and lead conversions specifically for kitchen and bath businesses..Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed lead generation and conversion goals. Nurture relationships with prospects, managing them through the sales pipeline from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to client.Industry Insight & Strategy: Maintain an expert-level understanding of trends, challenges, and opportunities within the kitchen and bath sector. Use this insight to position Kitchen365's solutions as industry-specific, value-driven services that address the unique needs of kitchen-related businesses.CRM & Reporting: Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage prospecting activities, and generate reports on sales pipeline performance. Position Type, Work Environment and Physical DemandsThis is a full-time, salary, exempt position that predominantly operates from a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and scanners and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to regularly hear and talk. This is a largely sedentary role requiring the ability to sit at a desk, reach outward, use a phone, have use of fingers to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, phone, printer, copier, and to reach above the head, bend, or stand as necessary.
