Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a distribution center based southeast Columbus. This position offers room for career advancements. Responsibilities include daily repairs and preventative maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring timely completion of work orders. The role requires knowledge of building systems, emergency repairs, and compliance with safety standards.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Implement preventative maintenance programs to extend system life.Respond to emergency repairs and ensure systems meet performance standards.Maintain a clean and safe workspace and follow safety protocols.Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure proper operation.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent with 4-5 years of experience.Universal CFC certification preferred.Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical tasks.Strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
