Their diverse project portfolio spans housing (affordable, market-rate, and student), adaptive reuse, asset preservation, large-scale site planning, commercial facilities, and more.Your Role: Impact & ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Plumbing Engineer, you will be instrumental in guiding our engineering team and ensuring successful project delivery. You'll provide expert plumbing engineering services, focusing on designing systems that are cost-effective, energy-efficient, sustainable, and engineered to ensure a safe, healthy environment for all building occupants.Key responsibilities include:Led the design and engineering of plumbing design systems for healthcare, education, and senior living facilities along with multi-family and mixed-use complexes.Develop detailed plumbing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems with overall project designs. Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project requirements, progress, and solutions.Incorporate sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions into plumbing system designs.Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing conditions and ensure design specifications and code compliance.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesPossess an accredited Mechanical or Architectural Engineering degree and an active Professional Engineering (PE) license.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in plumbing system design and engineering.Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and other relevant design software.Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.Experience with healthcare and/or educational projects in a consulting engineering environment is a plus.Other Benefits:Full benefits packageHybrid work scheduleESOPIn-house opportunities to achieve education hours.If you are looking to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative, sustainable, and impactful design solutions, I encourage you to apply!
