Real Estate Associate - Multiple LocationsOur client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4-6 years of experience. The location for this role is flexible and can be at any of the firm's office locations including: Washington DC, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Palo Alto.Overview: The primary responsibility of this position will be focused on providing expert assistance in real estate financing matters, representing lenders, and facilitating co-lender or inter-creditor relationships. This role may also involve working on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). Qualifications:4-6 years of related experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage within and beyond the organizationJD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentialsMembership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that stateAll candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
