UACL Logistics, LLC provides Flatbed, Van, Over Dimensional, Oilfield, Reefer and Logistics Services throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. As one of the strongest truckload carriers in the nation UACL Logistics, LLC has the ability to provide transportation services for our customers, agents, and owner operators. Our stability and experience within the industry has been proven with our continued growth, year after year.The ideal candidate will possess the following:Successful history in agent recruiting, sales and business developmentExperience leading a team of individual contributorsExperience with agents/agent based modelIn-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practicesStrong business acumenAcquisition and merger experienceConfident, decisive with strong negotiation, problem solving and closing skillsAbility to travel more than 50% of the timeA bachelor's degree in business/logistics or equivalent is preferred but not requiredHave the wherewithal, confidence, and social aptitude to carry out business development responsibilitiesDuties include, but are not limited toLead and oversee new agent recruiting and business development Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with new and existing customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needsDrive operational efficiencies to improve service, financial performance and revenue growthDevelop, lead and manage personnelReview market analysis to determine customer needs, agent needs and volume potentialGuide standardization of analytics and KPIs across sales/agent recruiting departments to ensure consistency and accuracyWe offer a competitive base salary and benefits package including major medical, dental, 401K, and vacation.
