Process Technician (Plastic Injection Molding)

Job Duties:To set up and establish plastic injection molding tooling and process parameters to ensure products meet customer expectations.Hang and Set up Injection Molds and run all new tooling and engineering sampling requirements for plastic injection molded components.Improve existing processes to meet or exceed cycle time standards.Be available on an on call basis for processing problems.Experience with lock-out/tag-out procedures.Must have the ability to lift 75 pounds.Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.Must have the ability and experience to work in Tooling to help with Mold PM's and Repairs.Also works closely with the Shift Foremen and daily issues on the Production Floor.AM Work the hours of 7:00am to 7:00pm on a 2-2-3 schedulePM Work the hours of 7:00pm to 7:00am on a 2-2-3 scheduleExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:12 hour shiftDay shiftNight shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:process technician: 3 years (Preferred)
