Here, you'll find yourself surrounded by a community of professionals passionate about making a difference, where your work directly contributes to improving the healthcare experience for patients, staff, and physicians alike.Lead and manage large-scale, non-clinical projects aimed at improving healthcare operations and outcomes.Develop and implement innovative programs, analyze critical data, and support performance and operational improvement initiatives.Act as an internal consultant, advising on process improvement, evidence-based practices, and strategies to enhance experiences for physicians, staff, and patients.Create robust project plans, defining clear milestones and metrics to monitor progress and achieve objectives.Leverage and support advanced database applications and analytical tools, ensuring high-quality data evaluation and reporting.Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and tools, conducting research to continuously improve our operations.Provide analytical support for various areas, including patient experience, utilization costs, and quality metrics, using tools like Epic and TSI.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or MIS is required.
