Inside Sales Specialist

Our client, a well-known national distributor of building products, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist in Bluffton, IN. This is a fully onsite, direct-hire position with great benefits. Must have prior cold calling/sales experience and knowledge of CRM's.Job Duties:Proactively and consistently engage with new, existing, and potential customers to establish and build relationshipsCall 30-50 existing, new, and/or target customers dailyHunt for new business and make outbound sales including cold callsDevelop and drive strategic growth strategies to better manage relationships with customer accountsAcquire knowledge of the market conditions and competitive landscapeUse knowledge and customer relationships in dealing with competitive situations and negotiationsActs as a key point of contact for various customer-facing activities including sales quoting, managing orders, and order confirmationsEducate and advise customers through deep market knowledge and current trendsInteract daily with the sales team strategizing on how to grow market share in territoriesPrepare & submit weekly sales reportsRequired Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of sales experienceBuilding products knowledge preferredProficient with CRMExcellent customer service skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to pass drug test and background verificationsCompensation & Benefits:$55,000-$65,000 annual salaryMetric based bonus opportunities401(k)Dental insuranceEmployer sponsored health insurancePaid time off and holiday scheduleVision insurance
