We're looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Systems Reliability Engineer to join our team in Georgia! In this role, you'll be a key player in driving reliability best practices across our manufacturing sites. Your mission is to evaluate and implement new methods and technologies to boost equipment reliability and maintainability.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with plant maintenance teams to identify and implement improvements based on our Reliability and Maintainability Roadmap.Support the development of plant reliability engineers by enhancing their use of maintenance systems for better performance analysis.Serve as the subject matter expert on Root Cause Analysis (RCA), providing training and guidance to teams across our locations.Work with modernization and maintenance teams to ensure proper equipment design and readiness during the commissioning phase.Lead and own assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring solutions are effectively deployed.Optimize preventive maintenance by standardizing practices for similar equipment across sites.Conduct formal audits to measure adherence to reliability practices and recommend steps for continued progress.Train and support users of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) while ensuring data accuracy and process consistency.Develop and maintain documentation to guide teams on reliability policies, procedures, and principles.Promote key reliability practices, such as the importance of planned maintenance over reactive maintenance and the value of condition-based maintenance.Key Focus Areas:Training and Support: Provide ongoing training to plant maintenance teams, helping them enhance reliability processesPerformance Measurement: Audit and support progress on the Reliability Roadmap, using formal tools to track improvementCMMS Enhancement: Improve and standardize master data structures and workflows in our CMMSProject Leadership: Lead assigned projects, delivering effective solutionsTeam Collaboration: Participate in team activities to continually refine our reliability and maintainability processesWhat You Bring:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on reliability and maintainability.Strong knowledge of methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).Ability to train and guide teams on reliability activities, and lead analyses using these methodologies.Familiarity with predictive technologies like vibration analysis, thermal imaging, ultrasonic testing, oil analysis, and circuit analysis.Leadership & Technical Competencies:Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Expertise in total work systems and driving results.Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.Performance Indicators:Equipment reliability (MTBF - Mean Time Between Failures).Equipment maintainability (MTTR - Mean Time to Repair).Quality of RCA investigations and corrective actions.Cost savings through effective maintenance inspections.Preventive Maintenance (PM) compliance and yield.Roadmap progression and audit results.Benefits:Dental, Medical, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceRetirement PlansEquity OpportunitiesPaid Time Off (PTO)Relocation AssistanceIf you're ready to help us drive excellence in reliability and maintenance, we'd love to hear from you!
