Project EngineerLead plant wide CAPEX projects, site extensions, and equipment movementYour ContributionProject ManagementLeads site-wide operation projects, complex initiatives and Capex projects.Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to achieve set objectives, adhering to the responsibilities and project milestonesKeeps project team on schedule and budget.Maintains good communication with project stakeholders and participates.Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, steering committee and key stakeholders.Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.Applies project and program management principles, methods and techniques.Handles change requests.Insures financial project forecasts accuracy.Cooperates with the The Company's MPMEngineering and Machine TechnologyEvaluates machine purchasing and installation requests.Analyze and illustrate interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.Define the technical aspects and specifications for requested machines and support equipment.Monitors compliance requirements such as specifications, accepted engineering practices, Codes, The Company standards, and applicable safety regulationsKeeps abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices and advises management in machine related Technology questionsPrepare estimates and project plan for manufacturing related projects and activities.Plans, schedules and coordinates engineering and construction workMakes project engineering judgement decisions.Provides data for management decisions by use of estimates, quotes, layouts, and project plans.Ensures effective stakeholder communication between engineers, architects, contractors and within the organizationEvaluates requirements and develops machine specifications.Performs other duties as assigned.Your ProfileBS Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering preferred3-5 years of project engineering experience within a manufacturing setting
