We are hiring a Sales Director to drive our subscription-based sales efforts. The ideal candidate has a background in selling membership services (such as gym memberships or other recurring services) and excels in B2C environments. The role will involve leading the sales team, shaping strategies for subscription growth, and traveling to meet clients as needed.Responsibilities:Drive the growth of our subscription services by leading a high-performing sales team.Develop effective sales plans to target new customers and retain existing subscribers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to align on strategies for customer acquisition and retention.Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers.Utilize data-driven insights to adapt strategies and improve overall sales performance.Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.Travel up to twice a month for in-person meetings and events.Qualifications:Experience in selling subscription-based products or services, especially membership models (e.g., gyms, clubs, subscription boxes).B2C sales experience with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.Leadership experience managing sales teams and hitting revenue targets.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel a few times a month for client visits and team meetings.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
