Real Estate Associate Attorney

Small, well established, commercial real estate law firm in the Central Perimeter area seeks a highly-motivated mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a strong emphasis on ground-up development transactions. We practice exclusively in commercial real estate, with the bulk of our practice representing developers and lenders in land acquisitions and the development of residential communities. We also handle many other types of real estate transactions, ranging from multi-family to industrial to mixed-use developments.Responsibilities:Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, easement agreements, operating agreements for real estate joint ventures, development agreements and any ancillary documents as needed for a particular transactionReview and analyze title and survey, work with title insurance underwriters and issue title insurance policiesConduct sale and loan closings and work closely with legal assistants to manage various closing mattersQualifications:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the state bar of Georgia3-7 years of experience in transactional commercial real estate lawExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented and highly organizedWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement within the firm.
