In this role, you will be vital in maintaining the integrity of our research processes through thorough auditing and quality assurance practices.Key Responsibilities:Auditing Documentation: Review and audit protocols, reports, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Phase Inspections: Conduct real-time inspections of ongoing studies, providing immediate feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards.Facility Audits: Perform comprehensive audits across all departments to ensure full compliance with GLP and other regulatory requirements.Reporting: Prepare and track audit reports, documenting observations and ensuring transparency in findings.Continuous Improvement: Identify best practices and opportunities for process enhancements to drive innovation and quality improvements.Training Development: Design and implement training programs for new and junior staff to ensure a strong foundation in quality assurance practices.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to support quality initiatives and represent QA interests.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience: 2-3 years of relevant technical experience, including at least 2 years of auditing experience in a GLP-regulated environment.Certifications: Professional certification such as RQAP-GLP or ASQ-CQA is preferred.Skills:Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Why Join Us?
