This position will entail the following:Gain experience and knowledge of corrosion and specialty scopes of work pertaining to reinforced concrete structures.Support the development of design calculations, design reports, method statements, shop drawings, commissioning and monitoring reportsSupporting the installation and Commissioning of reinforced concrete Cathodic Protection projects.Supporting our forensic investigation teams in performing, analyzing results of non-destructive and semi-destructive electrochemical corrosion testing methods.Review and edit engineering reports; consult field staff regarding revisions in analysis or modifications of system designs as appropriateReview charts, tables, calculations and related data gatheredCandidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this exciting position:Minimum Qualifications:Required:Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical, Material, Chemical or related Engineering field.US work authorizationProficient computer skills using MS Excel, Word, Power PointProficient user of drafting software i.e. AutoCAD, Revit, etc.A minimum of 2 years' experience in cathodic/corrosion protection industry.Preferred:Previous experience with reinforced concrete Cathodic ProtectionNACE level II or certificationInstallation of Cathodic protection systems on concrete structuresConcrete repair experienceCondition assessment experience.EIT or PE.Additional Requirements:Excellent written and verbal English communication and technical writing skills.Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail and process improvements.Travel Expectation:This position will require travel (approximately 25%) throughout the US.
