Known for our innovation and commitment to improving patient care, we continuously strive to develop products that address the needs of dental professionals.Position Summary:The Product Specialist is a key role that will work under the guidance of the Clinical Product and Strategy Lead, contributing to Medit's mission of refining and advancing dental technology solutions. Based in our Newport Beach, CA office, this role involves supporting product strategy, providing clinical insights, and working cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our products align with market demands and clinical needs.Key Responsibilities:Deliver clinical insights to aid in product development, testing, and enhancement, focusing on digital dentistry tools.Assess market trends, gather user feedback, and monitor competitor activity to generate insights that inform Medit's product strategy.Assist in coordinating cross-departmental efforts for product development, including communication, data collection, and information tracking.Work closely with the marketing and education teams to develop training materials and resources to support product success across market segments.Gather feedback from dental professionals and stakeholders to recommend feature improvements and usability enhancements.Maintain accurate records and documentation of product testing and user feedback, preparing reports that highlight findings and actionable insights for internal teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Product Management, Dentistry, Biomedical Engineering, or similar); clinical or dental industry experience preferred but not required.2-3 years of experience in product strategy, product support, or a related field within healthcare or dental industries.Knowledge of digital workflows and applications within healthcare technology or similar fields, including experience with data management and process automation tools.Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities to support product-related decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management and CRM tools is a plus.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
