You will also contribute to the success of our business and impact our customers by leading the branch office's customer service and customer capture efforts.Primary Responsibilities?Contact all customers to discuss the benefits of our services with the goal of earning their settlement businessContact all customers to educate them on the benefits of owners title insuranceMonitor and conduct settlements, reviewing all transactions and documents and gathering all required signaturesCreate and manage customer service initiatives and provide reporting to branch/operations managersMeet quarterly with builder sales representatives and personnel to provide relevant training/information to better inform them in their customer meetingsQualifications1+ years of sales experience required1+ years conducting settlements preferred or relevant industry experienceMust be able to obtain a Notary Commission and Title Insurance LicenseProficient with Microsoft suite, especially ExcelExcellent Customer ServiceExcellent Communication SkillsStrong Organizational SkillsAttention to DetailAbility to multi-taskCareer mindedIf you are career minded and looking to join a growing organization with an opportunity to grow your career, apply today.
